- oversee 2 shops along with 5 assistants
- must be fluent in English and Vietnamese
- must possess excellent marketing skills
- must learn/research new trends and ideas to train the techs

2. ~Lương $7,000-$10,000 & up mỗi tháng cho thợ làm wax, lash, facial, tcn, gel, dip, gelX, gel builder, tùy theo tốc độ và kinh nghiệm (chưa tính tiền tips).
-Tiệm có 5 receptionists.
-Chủ không làm nails. Chủ đầu tư vài cửa hàng và bất động sản.
-Có nhà hàng VN & Boba tea bên cạnh tiệm nails cùng một chủ.
-Có 2 nhà riêng, rộng lớn, đẹp, sạch sẽ ngay cạnh bờ hồ cho thợ ở xa.
-Giá nails của tiệm cao nhất vùng.
-Trả lương hàng tuần.
-Trong những tiệm có lương ăn chia và lương bao cao nhất nước Mỹ.
-Chủ & thợ hưởng W-2 để tương lai nghỉ hưu, mua nhà, mua xe, mua tiệm dễ dàng hơn.
-Tiệm có Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Vacation cho nhân viên W-2.
-Tiệm ở Louisiana thu nhập hơn $2M mỗi năm nên không làm 1099 & không trả lương 100% tiền mặt. Chỉ làm 1099 nếu thợ có tiêu chuẩn tối thiểu của luật 1099. Xin mọi người thông cảm.
-Khách sang, dễ thương & tips cao.
-Tiệm đông khách quanh năm ở West Monroe, LA.

The shop does not use acrylic, the shop does not use liquid.
2. ~Salary $7,000-$10,000 & up per month for wax, lash, facial, tcn, gel, dip, gelX, gel builder technicians, depending on speed and experience (not including tips).
-The shop has 5 receptionists.
-The owner does not do nails. The owner invests in several stores and real estate.
-There is a Vietnamese restaurant & Boba tea next to the nail shop owned by the same owner.
-Two large, beautiful, clean private houses right next to the lake for technicians from afar.
-The nail prices at the shop are the highest in the area.
-Pay is weekly.
-One of the shops with shared pay and one of the highest salaries in America.
-The owner & technicians receive W-2 for easier future retirement, home buying, car purchasing, and shop ownership.
-The shop has Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Vacation for W-2 employees.
-The shop in Louisiana earns over $2M each year so we do not do 1099 & do not pay 100% cash wages. Only doing 1099 if technicians meet minimum standards of 1099 law. We ask for everyone's understanding.
-Classy customers who are friendly & high tips.
-The shop is busy year-round in West Monroe, LA.
